Intrapreneurship is an effective way to promote enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Summarize human resource management theory of intrapreneurship can help enterprises run intrapreneurship activities smoothly through human resource management. In this paper, firstly, we have summarized the research results of human resource management of intrapreneurship, and then put forward the direction of the need for the future researches.
