Abstract
Unified Command and Control Language (UC2L) is being developed as an open standard that unambiguously formalizes and specifies Command and Control information, which mainly includes orders and reports. On this basis, a method to construct a domain ontology based on the doctrine view is proposed, which can be used to do the semantic annotation for UC2L.
