This article analyzes agricultural-led industrialization model of "Company + farmers" transaction risk from the cooperation feature, leading "Company + farmers" transaction relations governed by the two mechanisms combination into, both formal contracts and relational governance. So the article builds a dual perspective of integrated analytical framework to adapt to "company + farmers" transaction relations governance.
