Staff´s organizational socialization refers to the process in which a newcomer is transferred from the outside to the inside of the organization. The school-enterprise cooperation has been taken into analysis so as to ascertain that a fruitful cooperation contributes to lowering down students´ uncertainties and wild expectations, promoting involvement, outlining role definition, and enhancing congruence of evaluation.
