Abstract
In this work we present the design of an organic solar cell (OSC) with a textured graphene contact. The use of a grating increases the optical absorption in the active layer of the OSC up to 21% respect to a flat OSC architecture. Furthermore, a study on the tolerances allowed in the realization process is presented considering the possible defects that could occur in the realization of the OSC and how much they affect the optical behavior.
