After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on their rich teaching practice, the authors proposed that there were two different teaching approaches in graduate education: Wang-Dao Teaching and Wan-Dao Teaching. The authors analyzed the behavior characteristics of Wang-Dao Teaching and Wan-Dao Teaching, studied the different teaching philosophy adopted in the two kinds of teaching approaches. Further, the authors compared advantages and disadvantages of Wang-Dao Teaching and Wan-Dao Teaching in graduate education. Finally, the authors suggested that Wan-Dao Teaching is more effective than Wang-Dao Teaching in graduate education.
