Abstract :
This paper analyzes and compares energy efficiency of non-energy-intensive sectors (NEISs) in Beijing with the method of Data Envelope Analysis (DEA) from 2000 and 2009, based on production function theory. And then it illustrates the difference of the development of energy efficiency among NEISs in Beijing to provide reasonable energy policies for energy development and planning of the city.
