Abstract :
Generalized formulations for the time-spectral-domain Green´s dyad in a half-space are presented. The authors have modified the canonical Hertzian potential in the frequency domain to achieve exact analysis possibilities and give the equation for the electric and magnetic Green´s dyad. It is pointed out that for the scattering problem of dielectric targets, the Green´s dyadic function can be simplified by neglecting the contribution of the apparent charge. By using the derived Green´s dyad, time-domain scattering from an arbitrary scatter buried in a lossless half-space can be calculated easily.<>
