Abstract :
It analyzes the meaning of churn management for a mobile telecommunication company and key influencing factors, discusses the relational algorithms of data mining, and puts forward the detail of dealing with the churn management of mobile telecommunication company through data mining. and then describes the whole way to make a predictive model to solve a churn management problem by an case. Based on SAS Enterprise Miner to design predictive model for churn management, which will provides a foundation to predict the data of customer churn and lower the rates of churns.
