Analysis on financing relationship of the public services BOT project participant based on game theory

The BOT project model of the public services project provided an effective and efficiency way to meet the social needs of the public services during the urbanization. It was so complicated that the project participants had the mutual connection, mutual limit and mutual improvement financing relationships which has become the key factor of the effect of the project. This paper established the model to analysis the financial relationship of the investor, the franchise institutions and the financial institutions through the game theory method. The three main corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the financial relationship of the public services BOT project.
