Principal factors of affecting the Northeast China economy growth were researched. The index system of affecting the Northeast China economy growth factors was built. Near 20 years economic data of the Northeast China was treated by Factor Analysis Method. The research result was showed as follows. The sequence of influence factors of economic growth in northeast China from heavier to light were market factors, investment and technology innovation ability, the industry structure, employment factor, the government factors and infrastructure.
