Abstract :
On the basis of traditional CPM, considering the effect of time constraints and process constraints, this paper studies the dynamic adjustment method of network time parameter, simulates the uncertainty of project task duration through applying Monte Carlo techniques. Then establishes a model of dynamic CPM optimal algorithm based on constraints and takes the calculation of project examples. The algorithm accesses not only the critical path and its statistical properties, but also the interval duration, minor critical path and the conflicts that may occur, providing more decision-making information for construction schedule for project management.
