Abstract :
This article designs a data transmission platform based on the telephone network. It is mainly focus on how to enhance the ability to transmit narrow-band data transfer service, file transfer and remote editing with the current public telephone network. It gives a solution to the low-speed data service of the communication network in the underdeveloped areas in the middle and western China.
