Abstract :
For the hybrid system exists manufacturing / rework / remanufacturing at the same time, the paper studies the effects of reverse logistics due to quality defects and product recycling on batch strategy of the hybrid systems. The traditional manufacture´s batch model was established considering the impact of rework and remanufacturing. On this basis, the impact of the disorder costs on the model was took into account based on the laws of thermodynamics, and the optimal batch strategies in both cases were obtained aimed at minimize the cost per unit time. Above two cases were carried out a comparative analysis by the way of simulation applications, and the impact of the variety of parameters in both models on the model run results was analyzed.
