After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The paper analyzes some factors of influencing work engagement, combining the reality of S corporation in the initial stage, and principally discusses the experience and practice of “double-ring case” in order to improving work engagement.
