Abstract :
Compared with traditional office style, this paper briefly describes the advantages of e-government in China. Based on the latest data from the UN E-government Survey (2003–2010) and China Internet Development Statistics Report (2010), this article analyzes the situation that China e-government ranking declines continuously in the international level and e-government relatively lags behind domestic e-commerce development. Therefore, from the perspective of policy, manpower, investment and software, the author analyzes the relationships involved in the above four aspects as well as puts forward the rationalization proposals separately.
