Abstract :
In this paper, based on the research of grey theory and optimization theory, A new method of GM(1,1) is proposed, and the mathematical model is established. By using this method to choose the optimal grey parameter thetas(k) and smooth the original data sequence, the random properties of some non-stationary time series can be reduced and the GM model´s fitting precision and prediction precision is advanced. Experiments with modeling the population show that the method gives prediction values and practicable values better than those by common grey forecasting method.
