    Specific characteristics of construction project, such as long construction period, unfixed production sites, mostly open field operations and so on, result that many uncertain and uncontrollable factors exist in construction. It is necessary to systemically re-analysis and recombine whole construction cost in accordance with uncertainty level, and present corresponding methods and measures of management on the basis of it. In this paper, classification management mode of construction costs which take uncertainty level into account was systemically presented. Considering uncertainty degree of components of construction cost, it would be divided into certain cost, risk cost, and uncertain cost; according to different types of costs, appropriate analysis tools and management tactics were selected, and different management methods and measures were adopted. It has an important reference value for improving management level of construction cost, and enhancing competitiveness of construction enterprises.
