Abstract :
Multiplicative plant perturbation with H∞-norm bounds in discrete-time domain is considered. The results of Olbrot et al. (1992) are applied to the problem of robust stabilization on specified stability domain with minimal nominal sensitivity. Necessary and/or sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem are derived. A synthesis algorithm is given based on the approximation method to construct rational proper compensators to satisfy multiple design requirements
