Abstract :
Eighteen years ago, the national conference on communications (NCC) started its journey. Over this period of eighteen years, it has now grown into a very prestigious national conference that is catching attractions from overseas as well. IIT, Kharagpur is the proud organizer of NCC 2012, which also coincides with the diamond jubilee celebrations of the institute on completion of sixty years since its inception.
