Investing to logistics park is a long payback period, many uncertainty and risks. Two-stage investment using of option contracts could reduce some investment risks. In the second investment stage, two methods are taken, i.e. mathematical logic judgment based on the past operation in the park and probability estimates considering the future operations according to the experts´ probability estimates. So the problem of whether and how much to invest is resolved. At last, a numerical example is presented.
