Design and implementation of educational resource management platform based on knowledge management

In view of existence problems in present Educational resource management system, Educational resources management platform based on the knowledge management was supplied in this paper. And the overall construction design proposal of Platform was given. The characteristics of knowledge management and the function of each component in the structure is analyzed. Knowledge Evaluation and knowledge ranking algorithm is designed. Four major functional components Including Educational resources management, Educational resources organization, intelligent retrieval of Educational resources and personalized content recommendations of Educational resources are achieved. Experimental results show that the platform has good scalability with the application value.
