Abstract :
In this paper, we developed a combined moment method for solving the problem of an electromagnetic wave scattered by an irregular symmetric metal column or irregular metal surface (two-dimension, TE). Magnetic and electric field value anywhere can be calculated accurately, and the computer program can be implemented conveniently on the basis of the method.
