Abstract :
Multiple scattering of a linear array of composite chiral spheres each concentrically coated with a chiral layer, is formulated in detail by means of the use of boundary-value technique combined with the translational addition theorem for the handed spherical vector wave functions, which is of great theoretical importance. A numerical illustration proves the validation and feasibility of the analysis in simulating the scattering features of chiral medium of this arrangement.
