Abstract :
In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the principle of MC-DS-CDMA, we propose a novel complex wavelet packet function based MC-DS-CDMA system by adopting the optimized complex wavelet packet, and investigate the system bit error rate (BER) performance in the multipath Rayleigh fading channel. Meantime, a multiple antenna receiver based space diversity combining (SDC) technique is exploited to perfect the system performance further. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed. system outperforms the conventional MC-DS-CDMA and real wavelet packet based MC-DS-CDMA, and has the superior capability against the fading. In particular the application of SDC technique can significantly improve the system capability to cope with multipath interference and multiaccess interference (MAI), and get lower BER.
