Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to address the emergency countermeasure of enterprise. By using complex adaptive system (CAS) theory, the author elaborated the CAS characteristics of enterprise unconventional emergency. The results show that emergency management of enterprise is a dynamic adaptive process, and has complexity. Therefore, this paper builds an emergency mode for unconventional emergency of enterprise based on CAS.
