The tacit knowledge is the key resources that the enterprise forms core competencies, whose transfer is very important to the success or failure and development of the enterprise, but it confronts huge obstacle and challenge. This paper considers that human resource training is an effective way that promotes tacit knowledge transfer in the internal enterprise. This article analyzes three methods to implement knowledge sharing based on the perspective of training: The internal lecturer´s system, guidance program and job rotation system and construct knowledge sharing mechanism within the organization based on the perspective of training, consequently knowledge management will eventually be implemented, therefore providing an effective mode for the knowledge sharing of enterprise and carry out knowledge sharing finally.
