As a new style of hotel industry, the economic hotel becomes more and more increasingly familiar with the tourists and business customers because of its characteristics of economy, simplicity, convenience, health and fashion. As the formation of some brands of economic hotels, the competition is becoming more fiece. How to gain the old customers in a bid to cut the cost is the popular problem the economic hotels must face to. Firstly, this paper proposes some impacts which may influence the cusomers´ loyalty of economic hotels, analyzes the key elements, and establishes the impacts model, and then proposes assupmtions. Then, it applies the SPSS 13.0 for further verification. At last, this paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the customers´ loyalty of economic hotels.
