Abstract :
Phase imaging and fluorescence imaging are two essential methods in biological application. A hybrid digital holographic microscopic system that enables simultaneous detection of 3D phase and 3D fluorescence images is presented. A simulation on the simultaneous imaging shows promising results compared with that of the individual detections. In the experimental results, the acquisition of 3D phase and 2D fluorescence images is also presented.
