Abstract :
In connection with the problem of hull blocks virtual assembly sequence planning. Improved genetic algorithm is proposed to be applied. In connection with multi-layer assembly structure of hull blocks, Hierarchical optimization method is proposed to solve the problem. The optimal solution is always lost in the iteration process when Traditional genetic algorithm is applied, the problem could be solved through drawing the association diagram, generating the initial population, optimizing the initial population, and establishing adaptive function. Because of the slow convergence to traditional genetic algorithm, Boltzmann variational proportion is applied on the selectivity of reasonable control. It is verified through calculating example that the hull section virtual assembly sequence planning could be calculated on the method, and a range of relevant parameters are also obtained.
