  • Abstract
    We propose a Quasi-Passive Reconfigurable (QPAR) node for optical access networks. QPARs provide flexible power/wavelength distribution, and improve networks´ energy efficiency. An experimental QPAR is constructed and characterized to demonstrate these functions.
