Abstract :
Using the "DORATASK" method [1], analysis the characters of the Airspace Planning under the current situation of civil air transportation. Improve the traditional Single-evaluation model which just considers the controller\´s workload, build a new model (GGAPA) for the multi-evaluation. A new Algorithm based on the GEP (gene expression program) is used to compute and simulate the traffic control realistic. The result shows that GGAPA algorithm can do the Airspace Sectorization automatically and can correct the result adaptively.
