            Abstract : 
According to the materials of the part and cutter, taking the cutting parameter into account, this paper calculates the cutting-force and cutting-journey using experience formula, calculates the distortion quantity considering the actual instance when machining, calculates the cutter´s distortion quantity when heated according to the cutting-heat produced during cutting process, analyzes the cutter´s distortion when forced after predigesting the mechanics model, then forecasts the machining error brought out by the displacement change between cutter and part. Based on Windows and Visual C++, the system is developed by C++ language, and instructs Matlab to draw curve according to the result calculated by the mathematical model in order to manifest the simulation results in the pattern of data and curve.
