In today´s development of economic globalization, the competitive advantages of large-scale muti-national group companies in the aspects of technology, scale, and financing make these companies one the most important symbols of measuring a nation´s overall strength and position. As an important means for a nation to compete internationally, it is imperative to develop China´s large-scale multi-national group companies, especially to enhance the international competitiveness of private Chinese enterprises.
