Abstract :
This paper presents a low-voltage and low-power multiple-input floating-gate fully differential current conveyor. A floating-gate MOS technique is used to provide multiple-input differential voltage and low-supply voltage. Simulation results using TSMC 0.18 μm n-well CMOS technology with operating at ±0.4 V and static consuming 26.8 μW are given. To confirm the workability of the proposed active device, programmable-gain amplifier, sample-and-hold circuit using proposed active devices as active element are also investigated.
