The supply-demand relationship in Chinese higher education is now in a significant change. The level of student´s satisfaction to the quality of teaching has becomes an important consideration in determining the quality of education, especially in Chinese private colleges. It is therefore necessary to carry out the measurement of this factor in the administration in the colleges. This paper presents the methodology to measure the level of satisfaction in one private college followed by the key reasons behind the survey results. Based on these reasons, some suggestions are addressed as well.
