It´s essensial to uphold the historical unity of scale and the value of the scale judging the culture of nature. The basic content of modern advanced culture with Chinese characteristics includes three aspects: Marxism localized in China - the theory and practice Guidance Guide; modernization of Chinese traditional culture - the origin of history and the reality of soil; the world´s advanced civilization nationalization -all inclusive and accommodating and harmonious co-prosperity. To develop advanced culture with Chinese characteristics, it should be considered from the globalization and cultural perspective of the world to grasp the direction of advanced culture and socialist culture in China, in the promotion of Chinese traditional culture and to learn all the fine achievements of civilization based on the development of positive characteristics and culture of the world.
