Abstract :
Solves the H-optimal mixed sensitivity problem for distributed parameter single-input/single-output systems directly from problem data, via numerical techniques. These results expand upon previous related work of the authors involving a new norm on the frequency response, and present a partial answer to the question of the sufficiency of frequency response data for design purposes. This work also shows that certain H problems are indeed well-posed, under reasonable assumptions on the roll-off of the frequency response
