Abstract
Design For Disassembly (DFD) is the effective process to improve recyclability of the electric and electronic equipment. The Design For Disassembly (DFD) tool has been developed that calculates recycling cost and recycling indices easily. These recycling parameters should be decided and improved by the common process at the recycling plants as much as possible. The dehumidifier unit is dismantled and these parameters are calculated, and this tool improved the dismantling process. It is confirmed that DFD is very effective to review and improve the product recycling efficiency
