After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Along with speedy development of society and economy, as well as increasingly fury market competition, an enterprise is hard to accommodate with market requirement on its own since unique personality. Virtual enterprise has been a new organization form in knowledge economic times. This paper analyzed the virtual corporations and the core competence, and put forward corresponding countermeasures against the cultivation of the virtual enterprise´s core competence.
