Abstract :
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a safe noninvasive imaging technique which can provide both functional and anatomical information about tissues. Conventional MRI is susceptible to motion artifacts, making it unsuitable for imaging the foetus. However this can be overcome by using high speed echo planar imaging (EPI), and the potential of EPI in obstetrics is now being demonstrated
