            Abstract : 
In this letter, a novel method is proposed to analyze the power/ground bounces in a high-speed MCM layout system, which is based on the partial element equivalent circuit method combined with the block reduction algorithm and recursive convolution time-domain macromodel. It has the advantage of simple parameter extraction, high efficiency and high precision.
