The bottleneck of the development of Chinese Private Enterprises is not lacks of capital, technology nor the market, but rather poor management. To solve this problem, constructing system frame based on the management innovation theory and Modern Enterprise innovation mechanism, developing and operating innovation mechanism. Closely combine the Chinese private enterprise innovation management with the particular cases and questions in the management innovation process. Summarizing and designing the content and factors of essential internal innovation, then research on related strategy for the advancement of manage ment innovation mechanism of Private enterprise.
