Abstract :
At the present time, global warming and environmental destruction are very serious problems. Then it is tried to regenerate nature by combination of sustainable energy and water to solve them. This system has two aspects for regenerating nature. One is a system of saving and circulating rainfall. Another one is a system of sustainable energy. To operate the water treatment needs to supply stable electricity. This system has no residual CO2(carbon dioxide) and is free of fossil fuel
