This paper is based on consulting information and surveying questionnaire. By reviewing relative personality theory and motivate theory, the paper, which found 13 characters, firstly analyzed personality character of knowledge worker. Consequently, the root of motivating knowledge worker and the inter relationship between personality character and motivate factors are found. Furthermore, the paper coped with motivate factors from different aspects so as to draw a conclusion about characters on motivate factors, which was focused on knowledge workers. Combining personality character with motivate factors, the paper finally drew some important conclusion.
