Abstract :
A series of bis(diarylamino)stilbene derivatives with various aromatic system were synthesized via the Buchwald-Hartwig cross-coupling reaction. Multilayer devices with the configuration of ITO / NPB (700 ¿) / ADN: blue dopants 1-5 (300 ¿: 2 %) / Alq3 (300 ¿) / Liq (10 ¿) / Al were fabricated. Among the molecules, the devices using 4,4´-bis (9,9-diethylfluoren-2-yl-3,5-di-tertbutylphenylamino) stilbene (4) as dopant exhibited blue emission with the luminance of 12590 cd/m2, the luminous efficiency of 9.10 cd/A at 20 mA/cm2, the power efficiency of 3.73 lm/W at 20 mA/cm2, and the CIE coordinates of (0.155, 0.195) at 12.0 V.
