It is very important to discuss the mediating mechanism between leadership behavior and firm performance form the viewpoint of organizational learning, which can better understand how leadership behavior develops and leverages organizational capabilities and performance. Based on deep interviews and survey questionnaires, and with 73 firms sampled from South central area, this paper is conducted with the impact mechanism of leadership behavior to firm performance. The results indicate that leadership behavior is in a significant positive relationship with organizational learning, and that organizational learning is directly related to firm performance, which plays mediating role in the relationship of leadership behavior to firm performance.
