Abstract
The paper researches on the relevance of the provision of local public goods and fiscal decentralization system in China. In order to test if the China´s current fiscal decentralization system is conducive to the provision of local public goods, the paper establishes a linear measurement model by using provision level of local public goods as a interpreted variable and the degree of fiscal decentralizationGDPthe net transfer payment the population size as explanatory variables.
