Abstract :
Studies a class of optimal control problems for distributed parameter systems which was originally motivated by applications to automatic control of groundwater regime in irrigation networks. The dynamics of such systems is described by parabolic equations of heat-transfer type with boundary controllers and "hard" state-control constraints. One of the most important characteristics of these processes is its functioning in the presence of uncertain disturbances with no probabilistic information available
