Abstract :
Combining the characteristics of Government Nonprofitable Investment Project in post-disaster reconstruction, this paper analyze the function cost in each stage of life cycle using the function analysis system technique theory, then establish the life cycle cost analysis model for functions, and will be illustrated by a case of post-disaster reconstruction according to the various segments at all stages of the project management according to the function of project management model.
